Established in 2005

Vezi De Beer Inc. Attorneys (VDB Inc.) was established in March 2005 and specialise inter alia in Commercial Litigation, Debt Collection, Conveyancing, Insolvency Law and the administration of Deceased Estates. The firm is currently servicing the Gauteng Provincial and Local Divisions as well as the Western Cape Division of the High Courts of South Africa.

We also service various Magisterial Courts in Gauteng and the Western Cape. The firm also acts as instructing correspondent in numerous matters in other Magistrate or High Courts and has correspondents nationwide where litigation is to be conducted in other Magisterial Districts or Divisions of the High Court.

Our Firm has taken the initiative to be the first multi-racial firm in the Mopani district (Limpopo Province).

Our firm is currently rated as a level 2 (two) contributor in accordance with the Code of good practice. This qualifies our firm as a value adding enterprise with a procurement recognition level of 110%

Corporate Social Investment

Initiatives

Learnership Agreements are in place for certain previously disadvantaged employees who cannot afford education in the sphere of Law. The agreements will be provided upon request.

Staff members joined ABSA Bank on 25 August 2016 in support of MONATI KO’SPOTONG CHARITY, wherein we made contributions to the sustainability of the charity.

Charities

We donate regularly to Compass (Community Provision and Social Service) Compass is a nationally recognized and registered organisation through the Government in South Africa. The Charity focuses on the upliftment of the poor, homeless, unemployed and uneducated.

We support our staff with regular donations to their Children’s collection for school trips and events.

Deliver Fair, reasonable legal advice on a pro bono basis when required taking into consideration the clients financial means and circumstances.
